A mostly cloudy morning on Oahu, with a cloud that’s oddly shaped like a wiener and a set of balls in the distance towards Honolulu. Underneath the clouds are the soon to be opened portion of the Honolulu Rail heading towards the Daniel K Inouye International Airport, followed by three on and off ramps, with the on the left going towards Kamehameha Highway westbound, the middle going towards the H1 freeway heading east, and the right going towards Nimitz Highway eastbound.
