川崎市選挙管理委員会から届いた開示請求拒否通知書の一部。「中間報告を行っていないため文書不在」。
神奈川県が公開していた22:00時点の中間開票状況。始まった時点で数字が入っていること自体不思議だが、比例票の数え方は500単位なので序盤に100という数字が入ったことも不思議。
神奈川県が公開していた23:00時点の中間開票状況。左は党派別得票数で合計は29,628、右の開票内訳の有効投票数は15,628。なぜかかなり差があり、しかもその差がぴったり14,000という不思議。
【不開示通知】
川崎市と鶴見区（横浜市）の回答： 比例の中間集計は記録自体「存在しない」と開示を拒否。
可能性1 : 「市が嘘をついている」
衆院選比例代表の中間開票データ、市選管は「作ってない」と拒否したが、県HPで公開されていたPDFにはしっかり数字が。
可能性2 : 「県が嘘の数字を出していた」
市選管の言う通り「現場で記録していない」のが事実なら、県HPのPDFは**「事前に用意されたデータ（流し込み）」**を表示していた可能性。
