I'm in the privileged position of only having to understand how masks work - that's easy.

Normally I'm a big fan of #DiscoveryLearning but I'd much rather have an expert teach me about the immune system.

I hope I don't have to find out about my own immune system for myself.

The ability to show self-regulation presupposes:
1) You understand the final objective
2) You appreciate the elements required for it & their relationship to the objective
3) You can navigate the vast range of resources to recognise those elements
