in my #dnd3e campaign we are still venturing through Queen of the Spiders. Currently we are going through G2 The Glacial Rift of the Frost Giant Jarl. in the rift there is a snow dome that contains a Remorhaz.
Now i never used one and didn't read into it. but OMG it nearly wiped the party...

I have made a discovery, there was a jump damage feat I missed in 3.5’s Unapproachable East called Battle Jump which would have added another damage multiplier factor to my FF style Dragoon Fighter Build what relied on making charges and stacking Doubles Damage effects arithmetically… #dnd #dnd3E

In #DND today, I walked my party to their next destination. this trip consisted of 2 caravan escorts, a romp through the woods and a walk down a river. they met glass gators, death butterflies, a manticore, some bug bears, and a pack of Saber Tooth Tigers.... what an eventful adventure

So my party just finished this adventure! This is an amazing #dnd3e based adventure #dcc d20 rules are fantastic. while the balance is a bit wonky in places it does provide examples of Dragon Cult members from lvl1 though lvl12.

Today My #DND3e party ran their first #EpicEncounters "Steppe of the Lizard Thane" these are adjustable adventures. that go from level 1 to let's kill god....
They nearly died but they launched 2 summons and epically overcame the trail!

So my #DND3e party finished the last quest in their adventure. They had to take on a weaker dragon with 125HP, 3x cone of fire breath (3d8), 2x Claw (1d6) and a bite of (2d8).
They are 5 level 4s (Barbarian, Rogue, Wizard, Monk & Claric). Should be a good show....

So last night my players were tossed up against what should have been a more challenging fight....
Characters LVL2: Claric, Barbarian, Rogue, Monk & Wizard..
Vs.
3x Lvl3 Orcs
1x LVL5 Dragon
....
Players win because they crit 4 times in the same ROUND!!!!!!

So the players from my #HeroQuest campaign have decided they want a full #TTRPG system rather then the limited version from HQ. So I will be introducing them to #DND3e Hack & Slash variant.
They get to build characters this week so we will see how it goes!
