Ever have a player that wanted something so cool you had to invent a way in DNDBeyond to make it happen? My player wanted their PC to have a “dark” persona after periods of stress. I came up with a virus like Lycanthropy and a fear to give them the benefits and track the charges. #dnd #dndproblems

For the life of me, I cannot figure out WHY someone thought armor class in 5e should return to the awkward "this armor changes your base AC to THIS" method of pre-3rd editions instead of "your base is 10, add the armor bonus, then DEX mod if the armor allows."
