While it was rather short, the wrap up of Winter's Daughter was a lot of fun. #Dolmenwood has been a breeze to run really, and for newcomers to the hobby, the whimsical allure of the setting is perfect to get immersed fairly quickly and engage with the game.

Ran my first session of #Dolmenwood for a group of new players, and it was a blast! Winter's Daughter is a neat little intro adventure to get new people used to adventure roleplay.
Going for something different than the usual 5e people demand was also really refreshing.

I'm just learning about #Dolmenwood and holy cow that sort of setting is SO my jam.
My main group is using #DrawSteel as our system and enjoys the crunchy combat so we won't switch to OSR but I'm definitely going to shoehorn as much of it into our game as I can.
I'm in this one! Or at least a certain owl based adventure is.

Session 8 of #Dolmenwood complete and in all it went well. The playstyle is still new for some players and I even find myself getting caught up on using a pre-written adventure on the fly.
Still good news is the players made it out even if a grimalkin is now purple and the other has a mossy patch.
