I've got answer to this now, with help from #DrGoogle. Who is a jolly good doctor, & always there - you just have to know how to approach them (& as a general rule, avoid YouTube videos particularly if monetised, use Google Scholar/cross reference research, & ask #CripCommunity.)

Social media saves lives. #DrGoogle has, so far, helped me more than medics - & hasn't steered me wrong. Rather than being dismissed, patients should be taught how to read research/where to find reliable sources etc. Would save NHS a fortune & empower people (talk about #SocialPrescribing) But #egos
