wearing my #dronegoggles out for the first time too

never got the LCD panels embedded in them but i think its still gonna be a Look(TM)

a pair of jet-black tinted protective goggles on a nondescript wood-textured white background. the lenses have a reddish-black hue to them.

working again on my #diydrone #dronegoggles project

retinted the lenses last week with MASSIVE success, but mistakenly used too much black spray paint on the frame

a week later and still sticky

on the one hand kinda hot to have my paws covered in sticky black goo,,,,,,, but also plz dry dammit

#dronegoggles supplies update, ordering:

- black dye for plastics to retint the lenses
- black spray paint for the outside edge
- misc circuitry parts for building the display

a pair of plastic protective safety goggles, the lens tinted a red-ish purple. the outside edges of the goggles have discolored to yellow.

making a DIY pair of #dronegoggles

tinted in a 40 minute boiling hot dye bath……. rubber edges turned yellow from the heat, so ill have to hit them with some black spray paint next
