Found this #Steak at #Publix for $8! Left it to #DryBrine overnight, thrown in the #SousVide at 2 hours @120f. Stuffed it in the fridge while I made a frantic emergency store run as my red wine was corked. Finished it 45 mins later on my #MadeInCookware pan with a red wine pan sauce.
