Banning #eBikes for people under 16 is ridiculous, only a backwards state like Oregon (until Jan 2026) would do that. Also protect trans kids, all kids' access to a livable planet, etc.

Over the last day I spoke with four local journos and drafted an op-ed about the awful e-mobility laws proposed by QLD Gov. Requiring anyone using an e-bike to have a drivers license makes no sense and will leave the many QLDers who can't or don't have a license stranded.
