Another idiotic Chicago driver. This one, a municipal employee, consciously chose to block BOTH bike lanes, all while parking on the wrong side of the street and ignoring available space on the other side.
This was a MUNICIPALLY-OWNED vehicle blocking BOTH BIKE LANES on Francisco next to the N Branch Pumping Station. I found its owner, who said there was “no other place for [me] to park.” Speechless.
