From my understanding of #ECAT ISPs are not going to be legally enforceable are they?
I'm more worried that good but expensive therapies might be dropped from the list of allowed interventions.
And that the "menu" of packages for EHCPs will not be flexible enough to support some learners needs.

If a kid assaults someone on the street, we'd call the cops. Why are schools different?
