The red circles would open up for new development as water dept moved to the yellow circle.
Both are close walking distance to blue line montrose or Mayfair Metra stations (circled in purple), but if the Weber spur trail could extend south to montrose that’d be a nice connection too.

It's hard to build affordable homes near transit when Chicago’s #zoning code bans two- and three-flats (and anything larger than that) near dozens of CTA stations. Zoning reform is urgent. #ETOD

4. Affordability. Some nice private sector #ETOD innovation: for dev’t agreement with the Town, Grubb created a Vested Renter program for pre-redevelopment residents that limits rent increases to the CPI as long as they rent from Link, even if they move to another Link property.
