My entire Tuesday morning workout. Pretty much my standard routine. Up at 4am, hips loosened, miles logged, sweat earned before most people wake up. No shortcuts, just consistency stacking up, one early start at a time.

Up early for flight to Barcelona. Somewhat different to yesterday morning’s training session on the barrage where I said a cheery “good morning” to another runner, only to realise I was actually married to them!
