#EatShitAllen "Sunday, March 15, 2026 11 years ago #today I met the charming man who would use me for his crimes without my knowledge, rape me, psychologically abuse me, then sue me for my own belongings including my bed, vacuum, and coffee grinder. 5 years ago today I fled in fear for my life for the second time when he violated a written agreement he would stay away from me. A judge granted an emergency restraining order on Friday morning, but the Sheriff waited until after noon on Monday to even try to serve the order on him. He violated that order & when I called the police the officer yelled at me & told me to tell the judge & refused to enforce the law. When I told the judge - he laughed at me. I had asked him why my rights were being violated by law enforcement & he told me that's not his jurisdiction. This abuser has continued to stalk me, cyber attack my devices, altered my vehicle brake lines, stolen my money & property all these years since I left. He's tried to kill me - on that he's failed. "Why didn't you just leave?!" I did. Abusers don't just stop attacking their victims once we leave them. "Why didn't you call the police?!" I did. I called the police many times, in multiple #MN cities - they all protected the abuser & told me: "you need to calm down... you should stay away from him if he's angry... can you call your mom? do you have a cabin you can go stay at for a while if you're too scared to be here? there's really nothing we can do about this. here's a card call this social worker if you need to talk to someone." &yet when the abuser filed demonstrable lies to the court, including proof he was stalking me, to get a harassment restraining order against ME, the judge never even signed the order but that's when the police did do an investigation - investigating ME! #LawEnforcement is also the problem with abusers.
