Echinocereus pentalophus. One bud but it's getting there. I'll repot the plant once it's finished blooming. If I had a good spot, I'd plant out into the landscape but alas.

This beauty bloomed this morning. There were 11 buds on this hedgehog cactus, and 10 of them were eaten by javelinas.

#echinocereus triglochidiatus (?). Here in eastern Slovakia completely winter-resistant, but needs cover from upside against the rain (snow). Winters are more muddy then snowy here in low altitudes...
