First up, the Synapsids.
These three (from top to bottom #Gorgonops #Edaphosaurus #Dimetrodon) were late comers to the design process. But chronologically, they were the earliest of the builds.
You can see that Edaph and Dime both use the same core body, with slightly different heads and sails.

I just argued for 10 minutes on Discord about whether the Edaphosaurus is a synapsid (correct) or a therapsid (incorrect).

Earlier in the night I was doing foliage practice and looked at some Permian plants. I ended up doing a colored sketch using colored pencil for the first time in nearly a decade. I’ll throw that up here at some point too.
