LDOE certification office flags ETS 'Free After 3' Praxis policy and links resources for educators LDOE staff said Educational Testing Services’ 'Free After 3' makes a fourth Praxis attempt eligible for ETS payment after three prior attempts (first attempt on/after Oct. 1), and directed educators to TeachLouisiana.net for FAQs and eligibility details.
