That's a fact. Years ago we rented a vacation house in Cayucos up the coast, and apparently it was grackle nesting season and they would dive-bomb us every time we entered or exited the place.
Also, I've been dive-bombed by terns as I walked near a tern sanctuary in Massachusetts.
