This study focus on the #SARSCoV2 nonstructural protein 15 ( #nsp15) show that it’s #endoribonuclease activity delays the activation of antiviral responses in human lung cells. #SARSCoV2 variants lacking this activity exhibit impaired replication & cause milder disease in animals,
