Likewise, there could be #BernCoalition nominated candidates, but nominated in an inclusionary rather than exclusionary way, and the coalition could push for electoral reform that removes the spoiler effect. See my (currently link-pinned) #ENUFF Act proposal for details on how that's possible.

Please consider taking the time to look through the many branches of the thread I'm sharing here, and then sharing it with others and encouraging them to do likewise. It's unfortunate that the current format sort of hides the contents of it by just showing branches as a number of replies. #ENUFF

but when I say find agreement I don't mean fabricated or fake it. Political parties tell tell you that to have any voting power at all you have to vote like everybody else in the party, and then they control how everybody else in the party votes. We can do better than that. #ENUFF

I've explained my own #ENUFF proposal in a thread here. It's a bit long, but I hope at least some people will read it.

We don't need another political party. We have dozens of them. Another political party could help, but it's certainly not the solution. We can do better than that. #ENUFF

Of course, approval voting is the simplest form of score voting or scale voting, essentially being score voting that allows only a binary score of zero or one, and a wider range of scores is better, but also more complex. My #ENUFF proposal would set up approval voting prepared for full score voting

Ordinary Ranked Choice voting is an improvement over first past the post and I would rather see that smallest possible bit of positive progress than none at all, but we can do better than that so we should at least try to do better. See: #ENUFF
