Happy to report the earliest (and final) stream for #ORAS6 has entered production. Just in the spinup period now, but we have some #reanalysis data valid in 1944 already. Now just to be patient until this reaches 1993 where the already produced stream awaits...

Rozpoczęcie prac nad wdrożeniem reanalizy ERA6 - Klimat - Krajowy program współpracy C3S Europejskie Centrum Średnioterminowych Prognoz Pogody (ECMWF) rozpoczęło prace nad nową generacją globalnej reanalizy klimatu – ERA6. Zbiór danych, rozwijany w ramach programu Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S), zapewni wyższą rozdzielczość przestrzenną oraz lepszą reprezentację procesów atmosferycznych i zjawisk ekstremalnych. Pierwsze dane planowane są do udostępnienia pod koniec 2027 roku.

Nowy zbiór danych rozwijany przez ECMWF zapewni wyższą rozdzielczość i dokładniejsze odwzorowanie zjawisk pogodowych i klimatycznych.
