Rozpoczęcie prac nad wdrożeniem reanalizy ERA6 - Klimat - Krajowy program współpracy C3S Europejskie Centrum Średnioterminowych Prognoz Pogody (ECMWF) rozpoczęło prace nad nową generacją globalnej reanalizy klimatu – ERA6. Zbiór danych, rozwijany w ramach programu Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S), zapewni wyższą rozdzielczość przestrzenną oraz lepszą reprezentację procesów atmosferycznych i zjawisk ekstremalnych. Pierwsze dane planowane są do udostępnienia pod koniec 2027 roku.

🌍 Rozpoczęto prace nad nową generacją reanalizy klimatu – ERA6!

Nowy zbiór danych rozwijany przez ECMWF zapewni wyższą rozdzielczość i dokładniejsze odwzorowanie zjawisk pogodowych i klimatycznych.

📅 Pierwsze dane dostępne będą pod koniec 2027 r.

@bellingcat.com produced a Radar Interference Tracker (RIT) tool back in 2022, which uses EU #Copernicus #Sentinel1 data to help identify sources of RFI.

However, this can only detect sources that were active during #Sentinel1 data acquisition.
