Born 27 November 1925, actor & comedian Ernie Wise. As one half of the famous comedy duo, their 1970s Christmas comedy shows regularly drew audiences in excess of 20 million. Ernie outlived Eric, and retired after Eric's death in 1984. He died, aged 73, in 1999. #ErnieWise
