The biggest problem with the series is, of course, the fact that it's a (pretty rushed) adaptation of not even a quarter of a novel series. Even more frustrating is the fact that the novels haven't been (and likely never will be) licensed for an English-language release. #EromangaSensei

It always treats their emotions with a respect and earnestness you don't always see even in more "wholesome" romcoms. Elf is completely over the top but her love for Masamune is real. Sagiri's internal conflict between her interest in and embarrassment of sexuality feels genuine. #EromangaSensei
