An #ethical_discourse might include risks of pregnancy to mothers life, welfare of already-born children or elders she cares for or may need to, and the #medical_privacy question inhibiting any state restraint.

0. Most basic, #moral_inhibition which stops you personally from doing something isn't at all similar to #ethical_discourse which both makes you feel good about it, and lets others engage you on it or at least regard you as predictable.

#ReneeNicoleGood case demonstrates this on every side.
