I want to exclusively sell on my website but I don't want to lose the record of my sales and positive reviews...ugh maybe I'll just change the name and switch it to vacation mode forever 🤷‍♀️

My new Etsy listings don't want to accept the videos I took, even though they fit all the size requirements. (They're <15 seconds, <100MB, 2:1 ratio, 1080 resolution.) It's super annoying. Has anybody else experienced this and found a solution?
