Adobe Photoshop unsolicited error message.

This randomly pops up after waking my computer when I’m not using PS nor trying to open a file. First mention in the Adobe forums: december 2019. Fixes? None, except for the standard ‘have you tried switching it off and on again’ placeholder i.e. reset preferences. #expensivecrap
