That is absurd! Who was your insurance company? They covered me from the first ask, but after several years, I moved from Spokane to Seattle & suddenly I couldn't get it. I was getting my scripts from #OptumRX & suddenly I no longer had #ExtraHelp, which brought my costs to zero. Optum was no help.

Here's the thing. Yes, washing is required and great.
Doesn't mean all the dead skin comes off though.
