I haven’t done a lot of #food posts on here, but… Last weekend I smoked a couple #EyeofRound roasts, then thin-sliced them.

Today, I combined the #beef with some sliced #cheddar, sautéed #mushrooms, and fresh #sourdough for a hearty grilled #sandwich. Simple #recipe for a 15-minute lunch:)
