The #Faircloughs got married ~3 months before the Calamity, sevrin proposed on the last day of his sentence w/the yellowjackets (in #theBlades canon that part of the limsa start quests happens about 8 years before arr). they have a vow renewal after EW when r'hian retires !

the #Faircloughs and #Glimlind would be pretty easy, honestly. #Leighis would be far more difficult, just because so much of his story directly entwines with the Calamity and aether-based magic.
R'hian Fairclough smells of carbolic soap, oranges, and old linen. He's forever cleaning cuts and scrapes, either in his capacity as a healer or as a father, and also. He loves oranges. He keeps a packet of candied peels in his pockets at all times.

R'hian Fairclough is a great dad - he & Sevrin have five adopted kids: #R'kelhi (1), #Ghoa & #Khulan (7), #J'vheo (13), and #Darmeria (17). R'hian retired after 6.0, and now he spends his time with his children. The #Faircloughs try hard to give their kids every possible opportunity they never had.
Sevrin actually joined R'hian in Gyr Abania with #Ghoa and #Khulan during StB - R'hian didn't travel to Doma. Instead the #Faircloughs worked in Ralghr's Reach as contacts for the rest of #theblades and as combat trainers (mostly sev) and caretakers (mostly r'hian) for the sheltering civilians
#J'vheo is the second eldest of the adopted #Faircloughs. 12 years old when he joined the family, he was part of a group of children from Ala Ghiri who ended up in Rhalgr's Reach. He is an avid reader and talented mathematician, and is eager to learn arcanima just like R'hian.
#Darmiera is the eldest of the #Faircloughs adopted children. 16 at the conclusion of EW, she is a Thavnairian orphan who fled to Sharlyan during the Final Days. Interested in herbalism, she began shadowing R'hian as he worked in the Scion infirmary, and eventually accompanied him back to Vylbrand.
for the most part the #faircloughs have a very happy marriage, with only very minor "pick up your socks" bickering. when they first got together they did argue a bit, mostly about money and sevrin's [waves hand generally] issues. the biggest fight they have ever, ever had was when -
