This is VOLTAIRE, a yellow Pikmin with burnt up ends on her limbs because of how easily she can zap other Pikmin (she's considered a hazard). Volta's a yellow Pikmin with a high amount of voltage and electric current within her body; any physical contact with Volta causes her body to conduct shocking amounts of electricity, risking zapping other fellow Pikmin. Her dark, fluffy collar is actually iron fillings held together by a magnetic field created by her moving electric charges. She's incredibly shy and worried of hurting others with her touch, especially Blue Pikmin. Volta covers her limbs with teflon strips (great insulator) to safely be around others and hang out! Unsure about her relationship with Pik-See and Ovie
