Well that’s my new year resolution broken to have a year where I don’t fall over - just managed to fall over my slippers (really bashed my knee and hand). Was suppose to be going out tonight… I really hate my MS, sometimes it ruins everything #ms #fallenover
New and novel way to fall over with MS: opening kitchen door at work and my grip on handle decides to give way. Absolutely flew backwards landing in an undignified heap on kitchen floor. Not my finest moment. MS: the unwanted gift that keeps on giving 😔 #MS #fallenover
‘Celebrating’ my first fall of the year! Tripped over the hoover wire and now got lovely bruised knees, shins, toes and hands. Every year I say ‘this is the year I’m not going to fall over’ - never been achieved
