#FancyDrinks Butterfly Effect (pineapple juice, lime juice, vanilla syrup, butterfly pea flower gin). Way sweeter than I would normally go for but I couldn’t resist the layers. Not acidic enough to change the colour of the gin, apparently.

I’ve had a go at recreating a cocktail I had in Italy last year - Rosagrume. It was a concoction of lemon, lime and orange wedges muddled in the glass with cane sugar, then gin, Campari and rose liqueur. No idea of proportions so I went 40/40/15 and it seems about right. Cincin! #FancyDrinks
