An anatomical study of two potential penis types for an illithid, both based on a protruding pubis with a slit holding something to be unleashed. One is thick and tapered, looking like just the tip of a human penis with retracted foreskin, or maybe even a very enlarged clit, but with an extra length of tentacle protruding from the end. The end part is thinner and pointed and perfect for penetrating a cervix, which is also shown, complete with cum spurting out the tip. The main part is 5-6 inches and Girthy, the end bit is thin and around 4 inches. The other is a long, windy, snake like penis, not dissimilar to a ball python.
