6 sprites in an Aseprite file. The top row consists of an "8-bit" Female Alear sprite from FEH, a rescaled and redrawn version with no compression and NES palette colours, and the prior sprite rescaled to the same size as the original. The bottom row is the same but with the respective sprites of Male Alear.
Saw these 8-bit Alear sprites from FEH on the wiki but they were all muddy looking so I fixed them up and applied NES colours.
