This morning: I wanted to wear a #FFP2Mask for my doctor´s appointment, at the weekend I caught "the sniffles" & a bronchitis, but the rubber band at of the mask tore, so I had to choose another. I got a transfer slip for an abdomen CT, need a transport.
Probably I´ll have to wear a #FFP2Mask for my appointment at my internist´s on #Wednesday, at 8.30 am German time, the doctor requires it if you have a cold or any other infection, and I got "the sniffles" yesterday.

Actually I never used any hand sanitizer, I´ve never ever been infected wih #COVID19 since the #Pandemic´d started in Germany in 03/20. But I kept and still keep the #MinimumDistsance & wore a #FFP2Mask.
