Even though the nickel silver has a higher melt temp than bronze or silver solder, the trick seems to be to use the smallest flame possible, otherwise the stainless overheats and nothing sticks.

Mike’s all road is all ready for brazing!
It’s gonna be such a sweet ride. Clearance for 40mm tires with fenders. 50s without. And it should be pretty capable in gravel. Because the best road rides aren’t 100% paved.

Finally finished with market prep and back into customer projects, and personal one.

My road bike never got painted so after a long winter of rusting I polished it back up. And by polish I mean a quick hit of green scotch pad.
