Ursa and Azula argue at a family get together while the newly coronated Fire Lord Zuko listens miserably from the steps down to a green-watered pond, and his soon-to-be wife sits in the shadows. the environment is surrounded by mangroves and pale stone walls, with accents of red in the architecture. The balcony above the platform where everyone stands is covered in pink bouganvilliea blossoms. Ty Lee, Azula's closest companion, tries very ineffectually to get Azula to simmer down by pulling on her sleeve while Azula gestures angrily and rants in her mother's direction.

Currently writing an au in which Ursa kills Ozai and takes the throne and rules until Zuko is of age. In the meantime, have this painting of her and Azula arguing over policy while the rest of the group has to listen to them bicker.
