A 43 inch by 31 inch wooden tray frame with mesh screen stretched across the bottom. Tomatoes have been sliced and laid to sundry and dehydrate. The tomatoes have filled ~3/4 of the tray.
The same 43 inch by 31 inch tray set inside the solar dehydrator/oven with other trays in various stages of completion.
Getting this #solar #dehydrator /oven upgraded at each step. Trays are being used as fast as I can make them. This one almost got filled with old and new #tomato’s from the #garden!

With the price of groceries, I’m going to try gardening for the first time in my life! My great grandmother always had a huge garden full of fresh vegetables and I’m hoping something rubbed off…lol.
