A well preserved wicker #fishweir/ #fishtrap from the banks of the La Senne River in #Brussels #belgium. Found in 2019 during an excavation from as sandy former river bank by Bruxelles Patrimoines - Erfgoed Brussel.

Wicker eel trap, dating to approximately the early 20th century and probably made in France.
