A copy of the canvassing script we used during the Fix the MTA campaign (Dec 2022–Apr 2023), with the campaign field coordinators' phone numbers redacted. There's a lot of text in the document, but in short, the top half of the script has a 6-step format: 1 Intro. 2 Engage. 3 Description o needs (freeze fares; fund frequent, reliable service; and provide free bus service to all New Yorkers). 4 Ask. 5 Coach. 6 Thanks. The bottom half of the script basically is an FAQ section but also includes QR codes for both NYC-DSA's 2023 Tax The Rich campaign and Zohran's 2023 Fix The MTA campaign.
