Poster for the western 'Flaming Star' (1960). Directed by Don Siegel. Starring Elvis Presley, Barbara Eden, Steve Forrest, Dolores del Rio, John McIntire, L.Q. Jones, Douglas Dick, Richard Jaeckel, Rodolfo Acosta, Karl Swenson and Ford Rainey.

On the left side of the poster the tagline "The white man's song was on his lips... But an indian war cry was in his heart! [in blue letters] ELVIS PRESLEY [in large red block letters] as Pacer, The Half Breed brings you all the force and fury of [in smaller blue letters] FLAMING STAR [in large dark blue block letters]". On the right side of the poster an illustration of a barechested young man (Elvis Presley as Pacer Burton) on horseback with a rifle. Below three smaller illustrations. On the left a young man facing a Native American chief in a Native American village with a crowd of Native Americans on horseback in the background, and a woman and an older man on the left edge of the illustration with the tagline "Choose half breed! The time has come to decide - between your white father... and your Kiowa mother!" below. In the middle an illustration of a young man playing a guitar on the foreground and a laughing man and a woman in the background with the tagline "Sing half breed! Sing songs of joy and sadness... for neither pale beauty nor Indian squaw will marry you!". On the right an illustration of two men having a fight with the tagline "Fight half breed! Take on your own brother... for yours is a family divided - by its color!". Above that illustration a small seepia toned image of a young man (Elvis Presley as Pacer Burton) holding a young woman (Barbara Eden as Roslyn Pierce).

Frame from the western 'Flaming Star' (1960). View inside a darkened 19th century farmhouse. Four people, a woman and three men, inside. Standing in the background on the left a younger brown haired man (Steve Forrest as Clint Burton) holding a rifle. On the foreground on the left next to a wooden table an older Native woman (Dolores del Río as Neddy Burton) wearing a polka dotted red and white dress with a white apron. In the background on the right standing next to a window and peeking through the covers an older dark haired man (John McIntire as Sam "Pa" Burton) wearing a light blue shirt and sand coloured trousers and holding a rifle and on the foreground also peeking through the covers of a window a younger black haired man (Elvis Presley as Pacer Burton) wearing a light blue shirt and light brown trousers and holding a rifle in his right hand.

Even though I've only seen TWO Elvis Presley movies (the other being Viva Las Vegas) I'm still ready to say that #FlamingStar is the best film he ever made. 📽️🎞️
