A vast cloudscape assembled from many individual photographs. The colors vary through light and darker blues as well as a touch of salmon and coral in the background sky.

From the first stage of editing, this work actually ended up being disassembled and its pieces used in a couple of other artworks in the same series.

Two sharp stones are placed almost touching each other in this macro photograph. They are arranged vertically. The top stone has a flat shape with rough edges and is illuminated in a deep red light. The stone at bottom is more broad in shape with less clearly defined edges glows with a pinkish coral colored light.

The tension here in this image and the mix of hard and soft light for sure sticks with me and I really hope to use that in future works
