It took 15 years between the muon g-2 measurement and the latest Standard Model prediction. I wonder what the new value will be. Announcement on April 7 at @Fermilab. #flavourAnomalies

I suspect these papers were ready well before yesterday but were waiting to see if there would be an update on #flavourAnomalies at @_Moriond_ . I probably would have waited too rather than submitting a paper using obsolete experimental inputs.

New #Belle lepton universality test https://arxiv.org/abs/1908.01848 using both charged (as @LHCbExperiment) and neutral B mesons. Their sensitivity is not as good as LHCb, but I can't help noticing the low value in the interesting 4-8 region. #FlavourAnomalies

Data parking 🅿️at @CMSexperiment explained by @xmpierinix : 9 billion unbiased B physics events stored for further analysis.

I am slowly going through my reading pile and discover this pair of of gems. Two groups suggest the same explanation of the #FlavourAnomalies within one day on @arxiv.

I bet it means K⁺→π⁺νν̅. NA62 recently reported the observation of their first event. This is a very suppressed "Penguin" decay. A very relevant measurement to better understand #FlavourAnomalies.
