Me in running shorts, long sleeve top and orange high vis vest for junior parkrun. Also wearing a pink and purple tail. I am stood on field by the parkrun flag. The sun is shining, bright blue skies but its actually REALLY cold. 3° feels like -1° still shorts weather... 🤣

Pretty flowers that I saw on my walk home. Its yellow with a hint of pink and contrasts against the green leaves and dark morning sky.

End of run selfie. Still dark even at the end of my run. I am wearing high vis vest and head torch. Its dark so you can see anything around me.

Garmin stats. 9km run. Then a walk home and then half an hour of strength.

My friend running towards me to meet at our new meet up stop. Its dark, streetlights to the right, a wall and hedge to the left.

Up and out by 5:50am. Run, walk, strength, showered & all the household jobs done. I have even pre hand washed a jumper that I got oil on so it doesn't stain. At this point in the day I am winning. Can I go back to bed now? 😂 #running2keepthecrazyaway #forgotlegorunbuddy #running #keepgoing #flower
