Not Friday, but a #freshbottle nonetheless. The Whistler Single Cask Series is selected by and bottled for Spec's. It was matured 16 years in ex-bourbon barrels and finished another 28 months in Amontillado Butt. This single malt was bottled at 54.72% ABV. Sláinte 🇮🇪🥃
