Bushmills 16 year single malt. This gem was aged in Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon casks before finishing in Port Pipes. This one hits on all cylinders! Only downside is that it's a mere 40% ABV. This should be around 46% to make it stand alone. Sláinte 🇮🇪🥃
