This is Frogzel. She is an ex-fairy godmother, imprisoned by her peers, and she uses her pond to replenish her power when she is permitted. She has an alternate reality version of herself named Crystal Frogz, whom she can communicate with through painted portraits. Communicating through her paintings is the only way she keeps her sanity for now, and she is always thrilled to hear from Frogz or whoever she has met. Maybe one day, she will find a way to animate herself into our world, but for now, Frogz's paintbrush will have to do.
Crystal Frogz is an aspiring artist who wants to illustrate the lives of beings beyond our universe. She gets these visions from her alternate-reality self, Frogzel, as the only way to communicate between realities is through painting. Why? Frogz has yet to get that out of Frogzel. She especially loves to meet people and draw them funny little pictures.
