Lashings of vinegar I hope!

Here in Poland they don't have vinegar in Chip / Frytki shops

There once was a street full of 'chip' kiosks in my nearest city Częstochowa
I took a bottle of Malt vinegar to our favourite Gucio

sadly due to gentrification there is now only one kiosk open

Proper chips tonight lads

difficult to get proper chips here in Poland

Even on Aleja Frytkowa in Cz-wa, the chips are frozen

Wasn't happy with the spuds though,
too wet
not waxy enough
twice fried
slightly overdone

but my home-made Madras hit the spot

Nie ma czegoś takiego jak frytka beztłuszczowa. Można ją przygotować tylko w głębokim tłuszczu. Frytkownica beztłuszczowa to nic innego jak mini piekarnik. Już sama nazwa „air fryer” powinna wam zapalać czerwone światełko.
